FAQ

Simple answer, no. We don’t accept insurance to keep the relationships between provider and client simple. We focus on acute issues, primary behavioral changes, and clear goal planning. Four to six sessions should set you on your path.

We ask that you put yourself in an environment where you can talk and emote free from distraction or interruption.

Your environment should be well lit and you should test your internet connection before the session starts.

We understand things happen. Please cancel or modify your appointment with at least 24 hours remaining until your appointment time.

Cancelling with less than 24 hours remaining until your appointment can result in a full-charge to your account for the session.

The fastest way to make a change to your appointment is the Patient Portal. You can also call our office during business hours.

Unfortunately, many organizations ask you to disclose if you’ve received treatment from a mental health provider. Disclosing this information can result in an increase in your insurance costs. We believe you have an inherent right to privacy and disclosing your mental wellness treatment is your decision alone.

Self-pay means that you don’t have to disclose your care to life or health insurance providers when seeking new policies.
